AI Implementation Specialist. I find the real constraint in a process, design a solution built on AI, automation and integrations — and build it end to end. Everything below runs with me: on my own hardware, my own data, in daily work.

Ripperdoc is a way of designing systems that expand what people can do.
I do not start with technology. I start with the constraint — the place where time, knowledge, attention or agency disappears. Then I build a solution based on AI, automation and integrations, and bring it into the way the work is actually done.
Technology is the means. The value is the person who, thanks to it, can understand more and act more effectively.
I do not start with technology. I start by understanding how the work really looks: where energy drains away, where knowledge, data or attention is missing, and where the current system limits what can be done.
I learn how the work is done and look for the place where time, knowledge, attention or energy disappears. I name the real constraint before proposing any technology.
I design a solution fitted to the specific use. It can be an automation, an AI assistant, a knowledge base, an analytics system or an integration of several tools.
I bring the solution into everyday work, check how it behaves there and develop it as new needs appear.
I do not fit the person to the tool. I fit the tool to how the work is really done.
To increase my own agency, effectiveness and performance. Each one runs with me — on my own hardware, my own data, in my own daily work.
Only what is proven goes further
PerformanceYour body generates data. Your performance depends on how well you manage it.
The signal from your watches, sensors and VR turned into a trend: readiness, recovery, energy. Plus challenges for training partners — healthy competition on calories burned, body-fat reduction and muscle gain, shown on charts, with a motivational spark from AI.
Decision effectivenessTwo different artificial intelligences argue your case. The third voice in the council is yours.
Two different providers, so the disagreement between the voices means something. You moderate in your own words, not with a button, and you set the limit on how far they may run alone. The result is your document, with an auditable trace of the reasoning. It is also my bench for comparing models.
Faster knowledgeYou turn any material into knowledge that stays.
A complete modular educational system: a document goes in — mind maps, flashcards and quizzes come out, fitted to the material. Learning designed for the reward system: quick evidence of progress makes absorbing knowledge as engaging as a game.
AgencyEvery model gets a different role. Together they work as one organism.
Model orchestration built into applications: roles, cooperation and task flow in one ecosystem — under your direction and with your approval.
The same method and the same tools, only the goal belongs to someone else — their data, their way of working, their requirements.
Every one with evidence you can open
ProductionThe customer order and the file for the machine come from one source.
Shop, orders, payments and production files for a workshop making laser-cut products. The same renderer builds the preview the buyer sees and the final SVG that goes to the cutter — nobody redraws the artwork by hand, so the preview cannot drift from what the machine produces.
OrganisationThe board runs the organisation from one place, not from eight spreadsheets and an inbox.
I started with the association site in Drammen and grew it from a brochure page into a working tool for the board: projects, events, the annual calendar, volunteering and membership, plus SiN Studio — an in-house CMS with separate coordinator and administrator roles, a media library, forms and a suggestions module.
I am looking for work as an AI Implementation Specialist: AI implementation, process automation, agents, RAG, system integrations. If you are hiring for that, the dossier holds my experience, projects with evidence and my gaps stated plainly — no guesswork required. If you need someone for a specific implementation, write and tell me where it hurts.
